On Monday October 12th 2020, I was sent to Orange Blossom Endodontics located in the Villages, FL. Upon walking into the Dental office waiting/check in area I immediately observed its very clean sanitized waiting area with all the COVID19 precautionary measures in place being vigilantly implemented, the staff behind the counter were wearing PPE along with safe distancing as well.: Immediately I was professionally greeted by name without saying a single word to the staff. Within 5 minutes of being asked to please have a seat I was greeted and welcomed to the back by more staff (also practicing all COVID19 procedures) and seated. after completing X-rays  I was then greeted by the Dr. (also following COVID19 safety measures).In less than an hour, I was given an evaluation and a set plan. Throughout the procedure he maintained absolute Care, professionalism, Skill with concise precision and timing alongside his Tech and assistant. I feel 100%. I PROMISE ITS AS IF IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED."

She was referred by her dentist to Dr. Bergman for a root canal - and needless to say was extremely frightened about a procedure she had never heard anything about except stories of a painful procedure.
